The Migrantes con Derechos Network has been collecting testimonies of summary returns in a systematic way for several years, also asking for the repeal of the First Final Provision of the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security. These testimonies tell the stories of people who have been rejected at the border at the Melilla fence as minors, without being able to access the Beni Ezar border post to seek asylum with severe physical injuries.
